Orders shipped in the Northwest are usually between $9.50 and $12.50 when Priority Mail is selected. Overnight mail and UPS are between $16.50 and $25.00. The shipping charges include a $5 handling fee to cover the cost of processing credit cards and ordering online. Return Policy: All products are guaranteed to work on the specified computer systems. If a CD is not operational, we will replace the CD. You can return any package within 15 DAYS of receipt of the package.
